Send feedback or leave a review

On Android and on the webUpdated

To send feedback to Memlow, open Send feedback in Settings and fill in your name, your email and your comments. The form itself needs no account, and only the Memlow team reads it. A review is different. It's a star rating and a few words, left from the web app with a Memlow account. It can go on memlow.com if you agree and we approve it.

On Android

These steps are for the next Android update.

  1. Open Settings, then Send feedback under Help and feedback.
  2. Fill in Your name, Your email and Your message.
  3. Tap Send.

On the web

  1. Open Settings, then About.
  2. Choose Send feedback.
  3. Fill in Your name, Your email and Your feedback, and choose Send.

If you're signed in, your name and email are filled in for you, and you can change them.

No connection? Your message waits on the device and goes by itself when you're back online. Memlow says so, and you don't need to send it again.

What goes with your feedback

The form shows what's sent before you send it: the app version and the language you use, and on Android the Android version. Nothing from your notes goes with it.

We keep your words with the name and email you typed, so we can reply. To have your feedback deleted, write to [email protected]. If you sent it while signed in, it also goes when you delete your account.

Leave a review

Reviews are in the web app and need a Memlow account, so we know each one is from you.

  1. Sign in at app.memlow.com.
  2. Open Settings, then About, and choose Rate Memlow.
  3. Pick your stars under Your rating, and add a few words if you like.
  4. To let it show on memlow.com, tick the box that starts Show this on memlow.com.
  5. Choose Save.

Each account has one review. Open Rate Memlow again to change it, or choose Delete to remove it from Memlow and from the website.

What shows on memlow.com

A review goes on the home page only when two things are true: you ticked the box, and the Memlow team approved it. It shows with your display name, or without a name if you have none, and never with your email address. Change your words or stars and we read it again first.

Without the tick, your review stays between you and the team.

Rate Memlow on Google Play

A Google Play rating is separate. In the next Android update, Rate Memlow on Google Play under Help and feedback opens Memlow's page in the store. You can also find Memlow in the Play Store and leave a rating there today.

Questions and answers

Do I need an account to send feedback?

Not for the feedback form. You only type your name, your email and your comments. Reviews do need a Memlow account.

Can I send feedback offline?

Yes. It waits on your device and goes by itself when you're back online.

Who reads my feedback?

Only the Memlow team. Nothing from your notes is sent with it.

Will my review show on the website?

Only if you tick the box to show it and the Memlow team approves it.

Can I delete my review?

Yes. Open Rate Memlow in Settings on the web and choose Delete. It goes from Memlow and from the website.
