How buying works
Pro and Pro Cloud are digital subscriptions that renew every year until you cancel. Your plan starts as soon as the payment goes through and belongs to your Memlow account. There's nothing to download beyond the app, and the plan works on the web and on Android.
Plans go on sale in the next Android update, through Google Play, which shows the price in your currency. Buying on this website comes after that. Prices here are in US dollars. Tax may be added depending on where you live, and you see the full amount before you pay.
Questions
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the plan until the end of the year you've paid for, and then it doesn't renew. Your notes stay on your devices. If you had Pro Cloud, Memlow Cloud goes read-only for 90 days so you can move everything out.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Read our refund policy.
Can I change plan?
Pro can change to Pro Cloud, and you pay only for the time left in your year.
Is there a free trial?
You don't need one. The free version has every writing feature, so you can use Memlow for as long as you like before deciding.
