Shop templates: credit book, orders, sales and stock
Four note templates are made for a shop: the credit book, customer orders, daily sales with cash in hand, and stock to reorder. Each opens as a new note in a tap, and the daily sales note titles itself with today's date.
Write the way you speak. Type "call the supplier Friday 5pm" and Memlow offers the reminder, in English, Urdu, Roman Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and seven more languages. Record a voice note of up to 30 minutes when your hands are full.
Inventory, invoices and sales in sheets
- The inventory sheet keeps stock in hand, reorder levels and the value of what's on the shelf.
- The invoice sheet adds up items, tax and the total; export it as a PDF to send.
- The sales tracker totals each product's sales and units, with a chart.
- The attendance sheet counts the days your staff came in.
Money shows in your own currency, picked from where your device is. A month's sales target can be a goal that says whether you're on track.
Works with no signal, in Urdu
Notes and sheets are saved on your phone and work with no connection at all, in a basement market or on a slow day for the network. Switch the whole app to Urdu in Settings and it turns right to left, with Urdu in Nastaliq. Search finds Urdu words and Urdu digits. See Urdu notes.
Your staff on the same page
Make a team for your staff, with you as owner and a manager as admin, and share the orders notebook with it. Everyone sees new orders within about a second. In a shared sheet, protect the prices column so only you can change it, while staff fill in today's sales. Sharing is encrypted end to end and needs a free Memlow account with Google Drive backup turned on.
Where Memlow stops
Memlow is a notes app with sheets. It isn't a point-of-sale system or accounting software: it doesn't print receipts, connect to a card machine or file taxes. For those, use proper tools or your accountant's. For the notebook under the counter, it does the job, free.
