Attendance sheet
Tick a box for each person who's there, and this attendance sheet template does the counting. It works out the days each person was present, their attendance rate, and how many came each day. Use it as a class attendance register, a student attendance sheet for a tuition centre, or an employee attendance sheet for a small shop's staff.

What's in this attendance sheet
- Names down the side and this week's five weekdays across, dated for you when you open it.
- A tick box in every cell, so marking someone present is one tap.
- A Present column that counts each person's ticks, and an Attendance column with their rate as a percentage.
- A Present each day row that counts who came each day.
- Rates under 80% turn red, so you see who's missing too often.
Monthly attendance for a class or staff
- Replace the sample names with yours, then add a row for each extra person: the count and the rate fill in for new rows when you copy the formulas down.
- Start a new tab for each week or month, so last term's register stays as it was.
- Change the 80% rule in Format, Conditional formatting if your school or office expects a different rate.

Questions about attendance sheets
How does the attendance sheet count totals?
Each person's Present cell counts the ticked boxes in their row, and the Attendance cell divides that by the number of days. The last row counts how many were present each day.
Can I take attendance offline?
Yes. Memlow Sheets works with no connection on Android, and in your browser after the first visit.
Can several teachers share the register?
Yes. Put the sheet in a shared notebook and the people in it can tick boxes from their own phones, encrypted end to end.
Start with a sheet, keep it private.
Memlow Sheets is free, with no AI. Your sheets stay on your device, or in your own Google Drive, encrypted.
