Plan today in three steps

Open the day planner template. It starts with your top three priorities as a checklist, then space for the morning, afternoon and evening, and a place for notes. Fill in the three things that matter, put a reminder on the one with a deadline, and get going.

  1. Write your top three, and tick them off as you go.
  2. Put the rest of the day under morning, afternoon and evening.
  3. Add a reminder to anything with a time, and it rings when it's due.

The planner can title itself with today's date. Save your own version as a template and tomorrow's page is one tap away.

Plan the week

The week planner template gives each day its own checklist, starting on the first day of the week you chose in Settings, with notes at the end. Plan on Sunday evening, then open Tasks each morning: Today shows what's due, overdue items first, and This week and Upcoming show what's coming.

Reminders and habits in the same place

A planner works when it speaks up. Reminders ring on Android even with the app closed, and repeat daily, on chosen weekdays, monthly or yearly. On the web they ring while Memlow is open or installed.

Goals sit next to your tasks in the Tasks screen. Track a habit such as "revise for 30 minutes" with a streak, a number such as pages read, or a project's milestones, and Memlow says whether you're ahead, on track or behind. The habit tracker page has the details. On Android, the Goals widget shows up to four goals on your home screen.

Planner templates to start from

Besides the day and week planners, there's a goal planner, a habit tracker and an assignment tracker. Give any of them the Planner paper, with its side column, or grid or dotted paper, in one of 75 themes. A student can pair the week planner with the study planner sheet to count hours per subject.

A digital planner without the PDF

Many digital planners are PDF files you write on with a stylus. Memlow is a typed planner: you can't draw on it, but every task can ring, repeat and show up in one list across your phone and computer. Print a day or the Tasks list as a PDF when you want it on paper.

Privacy, in plain words

Your notes stay yours.

No adjectives, just how it works. Memlow's servers never receive your personal notes, so there is nothing of yours for us to read, sell or lose. What you share is stored there encrypted end to end, so only the people you share with can read it.

Read the privacy policy

Where notes live
On your device: the phone's storage, or your browser's own storage on the web.
Accounts
A Memlow account never holds your notes. It keeps only your name, email and how you sign in.
Backups
Optional, in your own Google Drive or a file, encrypted on your device with your password (AES-256-GCM) before they leave it.
Who can read them
Only you. Not Google, not us. That also means we can't recover a lost backup password.
Analytics and AI
The apps have no analytics. This website uses Google Analytics only if you accept it. No AI reads your notes, and the Android app's few ads never see them.
