Questions
How do I start a gratitude journal?
Pick a time you'll remember, such as just before bed, and write three good things from the day. A daily reminder helps for the first few weeks.
Can I look back at old entries?
Each entry is its own dated note, so you can scroll back, or search for a word or a name to find a particular day.
