- Its look: a lilac note on plain paper, written in Lora. Change any of it in the Style panel.
Tips for using it
- Set a repeating weekly reminder for Friday afternoon or Sunday evening, whichever you'll actually keep.
- Turn the 'What drained me' list into one change, and add it as a checklist item under next week's focus.
- Read last week's reflection first; it shows whether the focus you chose made a difference.

Questions
What questions should a weekly reflection ask?
What went well, what you learned, what took more energy than it should have, and what you'll focus on next. This template covers all four.
How long should a weekly review take?
Ten or fifteen minutes is usually plenty. Short reflections you do every week are easier to keep up than long ones you put off.
