Habit tracker spreadsheet
This habit tracker spreadsheet gives each habit a row and each day of the week a tick box. It counts what you did each day and each week, compares it with a weekly goal for every habit, and charts how many habits you managed each day.

What’s inside
- Five habits to start: water, exercise, reading, bedtime and meditation, each with a tick box for every day of the week.
- The days across the top start on your first day of the week.
- A Done each day row that counts the ticks, and a Done column for each habit's week.
- A Goal for each habit (7 days, 4 days and so on) and Progress as a percentage, green once you reach it.
- A column chart of how many habits you did each day.
Tips for using it
- Make the goals honest: 4 days of exercise you'll do beats 7 you won't.
- Start a new tab each week, so you can look back at a month of weeks side by side.
- Want a streak and a reminder too? Track the habit in Goals, which counts streaks and says whether you're on track.

Questions
How does the habit tracker count progress?
Each habit's Done cell counts its ticked days, and Progress divides that by the habit's weekly goal, up to 100%.
Can I add more habits?
Yes. Add a row, copy the formulas from the row above, and add it to the Done each day count.
Is there a printable version?
The habit tracker note template prints as a checklist, and any sheet can be printed from Memlow Sheets.
