What’s inside
- Columns for date, exercise, sets, reps, weight, volume, minutes and notes, with room for 39 entries.
- Volume worked out as sets × reps × weight (or sets × reps for bodyweight exercises).
- A Last 7 days table that adds up the minutes for each day, ending today, with a total.
- A column chart of those seven days.
Tips for using it
- Log as you go between sets on your phone; it works offline in the gym's basement.
- Leave weight empty for push-ups or planks, and volume still counts sets × reps.
- Start a new tab each month, and set a goal in Goals, such as 150 minutes a week.

Questions
What does volume mean here?
Sets × reps × weight, a common way to see how much work a lift was. Without a weight it's sets × reps.
How are the last 7 days worked out?
The sheet adds up the minutes of every entry on each of the last seven days, ending today, and charts them.
Can I use it for running?
Yes. Write Running as the exercise and fill in the minutes; leave sets and reps empty.
