Sheet template
Project tracker spreadsheet
This project tracker spreadsheet gives every task a row: who owns it, its status, when it's due and how urgent it is. Status and priority are dropdowns with colours, and a count and a donut chart show where the project stands.

Questions about the project tracker
How do I track project status?
Pick a status for each task from its dropdown. The count beside the list and the donut chart update as tasks move from Not started to Done.
Can my team use it together?
Yes. Share it in a notebook or with a team, and changes show up for everyone as they're made, encrypted end to end.
Can I add more columns?
Yes. It's an ordinary sheet: add columns for costs, notes or links whenever you need them.
