The project plan template as it opens in Memlow.

What’s inside

  • 4 sections: Goal, Milestones, Team, Risks.
  • Space to fill in: Deadline.
  • Checklists to tick off (2 items are ready; add as many as you like). Ticked items can move to the bottom.
  • Reminders on any item: each one shows up in Tasks, under Today or Upcoming.
  • Its look: a mint note on grid paper, written in Outfit. Change any of it in the Style panel.

Tips for using it

  1. Write the goal as one sentence a newcomer would understand; if it needs a paragraph, the scope may be too wide.
  2. Give each milestone a reminder on its date, so the plan prompts you rather than the other way round.
  3. Fold the Team and Risks sections under their headings when you only want to see progress.
