Daily stand-up template
A stand-up should take minutes, not half the morning. This daily stand-up template is titled with today's date and asks just three questions, so you can jot your update before the call and read it out without rambling.

What’s inside
- 3 sections: Yesterday, Today, Blockers.
- Checklists to tick off (one item is ready; add as many as you like). Ticked items can move to the bottom.
- Reminders on any item: each one shows up in Tasks, under Today or Upcoming.
- Today’s date as the title, filled in when you start the note.
- Its look: a aqua note on dotted paper, written in Lexend. Change any of it in the Style panel.
Tips for using it
- Carry anything still unticked under Today into the next day's note, so unfinished work never quietly disappears.
- Name the person or team you need next to each blocker, so it's clear who can help.
- Keep every stand-up in one folder; a search for a single word brings back any past update.

Questions
What are the three stand-up questions?

Why is each stand-up note titled with the date?
Every note made from this template takes today's date as its title, so a week of stand-ups lines up neatly and is quick to scan.
